Katrina is a business architect and strategic advisor who helps women founders redesign how their businesses actually function, so growth no longer depends on their availability, nervous system, or constant decision-making.

For more than 13 years, she's worked inside service and product businesses at every stage, from early-growth to multi-million-dollar operations. What she kept finding was the same thing: revenue wasn't the constraint. Structure was.

Today, Katrina runs her own multi-six-figure business while living internationally, protecting time for creative work, deep client relationships, and a life that doesn't require her to be "on" all the time.
